DESCRIPTION
Ama Bianca is an original, extremely fresh unfiltered white beer. Coriander and bitter orange peel from southern Italy, together with dry hopping with Citra hops, give it an amazing bouquet. Lime, melon, grapefruit, passion fruit and spicy and citrusy notes on the palate are also noticeable as fresh, intense, unique fragrances.

Ideal as an aperitif or with simple, light dishes like white meat or white fish. Also perfect with vegetable tempura and soft cheeses served with jams and honey, or dry pastries. We love it with a nice plate of spaghetti with clams!
