Amarcord - Ama la birra dal 1997
DESCRIPTION

Amarcord 100% Italiana is the celebration of our love of our land.
To create it, we’ve returned to beer’s origin on the land, implementing an Italian supply chain project which combines malted barley from southern Italy with hops grown in the Romagna region (an impressive 35% of them whole) thanks to the inimitable action of Apennine spring water.

This Pale Ale is born in the field of grain and transformed to fill our glasses.
It’s a beer with a bright gold colour, interspersed with a fine perlage and completed by a persistent snow-white head. The main components in its bouquet reflect the coming-together of Italian malts and hops. The hops give it citrusy, resiny fragrances, which balance the sweetness of the malts.
The bitterness in its flavour is perceptible but not predominant, harmonised by a rounded body and a dry finale, which leaves the mouth feeling clean.
The slightly resiny aftertaste, the citrusy fragrances of grapefruit and lemon and the right level of carbonation make this a thirst-quenching, satisfying drink.
